that sucks man ... breaking bones and relationships ... I´ve had my share of bad break ups, but fortunately they weren´t as impersonal as this. I´m really sorry you are going through this hell(and it truly is a hell), but know that the way we deal with these sort of rough patches help us define ourselves. your answers do not lie in your skateboarding youth, but reminiscing sure is nice.

I could go on and say that there are a lot of fish in the sea, but that sort of thing never really helped me. Just hang on. You´re in a bad place right now and it appears you´re seeking proper help.
Life sucks, as Buddha would say it, but you´re gonna get through it.

I know how that goes. Had a few incidents when I couldn't do anything- felt like hell. I'm the hyperactive type, I'm always doing stuff...always trying to do stuff, at least.

Never...I mean, never dump someone by TXT. Noone deserves that.

That's got to be the coldest way to break a person's heart. Sorry.

A question for you...did you, or do you, smoke pot? Just curious. It seems that a lot of people who smoke dope end up making their anxiety and depression problems far worse.

Search marijuana and anxiety and depression on Google for some interesting reading.

Hope you are feeling better.

WTF happened to the post??

I deleted the post as I thought it was too personal.

But, you.... like me.... are anonymous. I don't think an anonymous post can be too personal.

I think that if you really want to feel better about yourself, you really need to put yourself out there. Let it all hang out.

Or, be like me and get some lamictal...

yes.. true.
and i have been trying hard to let it all out in writing.. and will continue to do so.

and I am already on Lamictal (among other things).. has lamictal been good to you? i just started it recently (am already on other SSRI's)

Lamictal worked wonders for me... but i was diagnosed bipolar 2. It really evened things out. I haven't needed anything else, but it definitely worked better than traditional anti-depressants.

I went up to 200mg, but I am having the same results with 100mg and it is a hell of a lot cheaper every month.
